this hotel had everything i needed the location was great just a short walk to a nearby metro stop i loved eating at the thirty restaurant attached to the hotel as well the staff there were very organized and friendly

we were given a room literally in the end of a hallway in all the mechanical and house keeping facilities it seemed our room was an old broom closet of some sort i opened the tiny window for air flow only for the strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the laneway

The breakfast staff was really attentive and efficient. Eddy addressed all concerns well. The pool was large and quite clean. The location is close to many shops and restaurants.

The room felt crowded. It was very small. The water stayed warm for only a minute before getting cold. The exhaust fan was present, but I couldn't locate the switch for it.

The location was perfect. It had many attractions within walking distance. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. I noticed that the breakfast staff was attentive and efficient. Eddy addressed any concerns I had.

The manager was rude when questioned about why the parking costs extra per night. I also found her unhelpful when I mentioned the low shower pressure.

The location was acceptable. It was close to a grocery store.

The coffee machine in the room DIDN'T work. it was replaced the next morning, but it was still annoying. there were only two small water bottles for four adults in the room. I had to go downstairs to get more water at 11pm. the thermostat didn't work properly Either.

The staff answered our questions quickly! They seemed very friendly. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff there were very organized, and friendly too.

The air conditioning did not work overnight, so we could not sleep at all because it was hot. Windows did not open either. It was like a sardine can. The air conditioning came on for about 10 minutes in the morning before we left.
